We’re Hiring: Business Development & Sales Executive | Arabian Aroma

Arabian Aroma is looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive who can help us expand our distributor, dealer, and retail network across India.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, telecalling, negotiations, relationship building, and closing deals rather than just managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners (Calls Only)
Contact leads through calls, references, databases, and market research
Conduct regular telecalling and sales follow-ups
Present products, pricing, margins, schemes, and business opportunities to potential partners
Negotiate commercial terms and convert leads into first orders
Follow up with existing distributors for repeat orders
Maintain solid relationships with distributors and channel partners
Track pending enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and payments
Achieve monthly B2B sales and onboarding targets
Maintain proper records using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.




Coordinate internally for order processing, dispatch, and partner requirements

Who We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of experience in B2B / Distributor / Dealer / Channel Sales preferred
Experience in FMCG, perfumes, cosmetics, personal care, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products will be an advantage
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making 40–60+ sales and follow-up calls per day
Robust follow-up discipline and ability to handle objections
Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset
Existing distributor/retailer network will be an added advantage
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools

What Matters Most We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a lead from the first call to onboarding and then continue generating repeat business from that account.
