RentStalk is a PropTech platform helping landlords and tenants manage rent, bills, tenants, payments and rental properties in a simple and convenient way.

We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and converting opportunities into customers.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role where you will work directly with landlords, property owners, brokers and PG/property operators across Gurugram.

What you'll do
Identify and approach landlords, property owners, brokers and PG/property operators
Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations
Explain RentStalk and demonstrate how it can simplify rental management
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp and local networking
Convert prospects into RentStalk users and help onboard them
Follow up with potential customers and build strong customer relationships
Explore new localities and identify opportunities for customer acquisition
Understand customer needs, objections and feedback
Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and customer acquisition

Who we're looking for
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, real estate or another customer-facing role
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face customer meetings
Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
Valuable Hindi and English communication skills
Self-driven, energetic and persistent
Comfortable working independently and achieving targets
Basic familiarity with smartphones, WhatsApp and web applications
Interest in startups, technology, real estate or business development is a plus

Work mode: In-person / Field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
