We are seeking SCM Functional Business Analysts to support end-to-end Dynamics 365 FO implementations. This role involves requirement gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, and supporting SCM solution deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients to gather SCM-related requirements
Support analysis, documentation, and fit-gap assessments
Configure SCM modules under guidance of senior consultants
Assist with testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
Participate in user training and solution rollout
Support data migration, process mapping, and project documentation
Required Skills Qualifications
MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Systems) or B.Tech
Solid understanding of supply chain processes
Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation
Analytical thinker with robust documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in consulting settings
