We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of industrial raw materials and speciality chemicals. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG or Industrial Sales, B2B sales, OEM sales, . The role involves generating new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through customer visits and relationship management.
Identify and develop current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Generate sales through OEMs, manufacturer, and industrial customers.
Promote and sell industrial raw materials, electronic manufacturing consumables, and speciality chemical products.
Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations,



negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for order execution, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and CRM records.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
