Overview Independently manages routine CSOD LMS transactions and standard stakeholder requests with minimal supervision. The role requires solid process understanding, proactive issue identification, and timely communication on assigned work. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Independently execute routine LMS transactions such as course assignments, curriculum updates, session management, attendance updates, completion uploads, and standard reporting requests.

Validate request details, prerequisites, templates, approvals, and learner data before execution. Manage standard learner and stakeholder queries within defined SLAs and communication protocols. Track assigned requests, update operational trackers, and provide clear status updates to requestors and team leads.

Conduct self-quality checks to reduce errors and rework. Identify recurring transactional issues and highlight trends to senior team members. Support SOP, FAQ, and checklist updates based on approved process changes.

Support basic testing activities during CSOD enhancements, configuration changes, or release validations.
