nThe role involves developing relationships with Chartered Accountants, Lawyers and other professionals to generate qualified client referrals.

nKey Responsibilities

n Build and manage qualified referral partnerships.

nProspect through cold calling, references, networking and market visits.

n Develop relationships with CAs, Lawyers and business professionals.

nGenerate qualified client referrals and new business opportunities.

n Organise financial planning/wealth management seminars and networking events.

nCoordinate with the internal team for follow-up and conversion.

nWhat We’re Looking For

nCandidates with prior Insurance Agency Channel experience, preferably:

n Agency Manager

nAgency Development Manager

n Agency Sales Manager





nAgency Channel Business Development roles

nMust have: Experience in agent/advisor recruitment, cold calling, networking and relationship building.

nNot eligible: Candidates from Bancassurance, Bank Channel or other non-agency insurance channels.
