SAP-DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting audits and compliance, using SAP-FICO. The candidate should have relevant experience in the garments industry and solid knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Process vendor bills, payments, and employee reimbursements in SAP-FICO.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Perform monthly vendor and intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analysis reports.
- Monitor and record garment-specific financial transactions (e.g. raw material costs, WIP, finished goods inventory).
- Maintain GST and TDS compliance – including preparation and filing of returns.
- Coordinate with internal departments like production, purchase, and stores for invoice validation and cost matching.
- Assist with statutory and internal audits; ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Track and reconcile advances, debit notes,



and credit notes with vendors/customers.
- Prepare necessary reports for management review (P&L;, cost sheets, variance analysis).
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting through SAP-FICO modules (FI – Financial Accounting, CO – Controlling).

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong working knowledge of SAP-FICO.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and cost accounting.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation: GST, TDS, etc.
- Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Prior experience in a garments/apparel/textile company is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in SAP-FICO is a must.

SALARY: 15000/- (Gross) for freshers TIMING: 09:00 A.M to 07:30 PM
