Role Description The Academic Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with 12th students, parents to support the success of Kalvium’s programs. This full-time, in office role in the Bangalore involves coordinating academic processes, scheduling and organizing program activities,



and ensuring smooth communication between Kalvium and students.Daily responsibilities include conducting 1 on 1 councelling sessions to parents and students.

- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional email writing, and the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
- Organizational and coordination skills, such as managing schedules, tracking academic activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address academic and operational challenges and suggest practical improvements.
- Familiarity with higher education processes, academic administration, or program management; prior experience in an educational or edtech environment is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or project management platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in education, management, engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Bangalore , demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and support an inclusive, student-centric learning environment.
