While we handle backend operations, 3D printing production, finishing, and execution, we are looking for dedicated creative talent to power our modeling pipeline.

About the Role

Are you a college student or recent graduate in Pune who loves Blender? We are looking for a creative 3D Design & Modeling Intern (Student / Fresher) to help bring raw ideas, paper sketches, and verbal concepts into detailed 3D digital models.

This position is designed to be 100% flexible and college-friendly. There are no strict daily working hours, allowing you to easily manage your design tasks around college lectures, exams, and personal projects.

You do not need prior experience with 3D printing. If you have solid modeling skills in Blender, our engineering team will guide you on the technical specs required for physical printing.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate rough sketches, reference images, and verbal ideas into detailed 3D models and digital sculpts in Blender.
- Design diverse digital assets ranging from pop-culture figures and props to festive, decorative, and stylized product concepts.
- Refine and modify designs based on feedback and physical print testing.
- Deliver clean 3D design files on agreed project deadlines.

Requirements

- Open to College Students (Engineering, Design, Animation, etc.) and Recent Freshers.
- Solid proficiency in Blender (hard-surface modeling, digital sculpting, and mesh manipulation).
- Based in Pune (preferred for occasional in-person design syncs or print testing).
- Portfolio showcasing digital sculpts, character models, product concepts, or personal Blender projects.
- Ability to self-manage time and meet project deadlines around college commitments.
