Role Overview
Seeking a Chartered Accountant with hands-on exposure across multiple domains including accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit. The role involves end-to-end ownership of client work with a strong focus on practical execution and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Finalization and review of books of accounts
Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis
Support in budgeting and forecasting
Direct & Indirect Taxation
Preparation and filing of ITRs (Individuals, Firms, Companies)
GST returns, reconciliations, and advisory
TDS/TCS compliance and workings
Compliance & Regulatory
ROC filings and company law compliances
Handling notices and departmental queries
Ensuring timely completion of all statutory compliances
Audit & Assurance
Execution of statutory, tax,
and internal audits
Preparation of audit documentation and reports
Identifying gaps and suggesting improvements
Client Management & Advisory
Direct interaction with clients
Providing practical and business-oriented solutions
Managing multiple clients and assignments
Skill Requirements
Solid working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act
Ability to handle assignments independently
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and client handling ability
Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
