:
Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
Responsible for verification of certified RA bills
Identification and preparation of extra -items.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
Estimating and costing
Rate Analysis
Follow up on payments and ensure timely receipt from clients.
Maintain documentation related to billing, work orders, and approvals.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for accurate billing
Monitor project costs and ensure billing aligns with budget and work progress
Preparation and reconciliation of monthly running bills, final bills, and measurement books
Prepare and review client and subcontractor bills based on work progress at site.
Verification of quantities and measurements from drawings and site.
