We are looking for a Client Retention Executive who will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with our existing clients and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

nThe ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of understanding client requirements and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication and solid relationships with existing clients.
n
Conduct timely follow-ups with clients regarding their investments, services, documentation, and requirements.
n
Understand client concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
n
Ensure excellent client experience and improve client retention.
n
Identify prospects to deepen existing client relationships through relevant financial products and services.
n
Follow up on SIPs, investments, renewals, documentation, and other client-related activities.
n
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
n
Handle client queries professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
n




Proactively contact inactive or at-risk clients and understand their concerns.
n
Coordinate with Relationship Managers and other departments for smooth client servicing.
n
Support the team in achieving client retention and relationship-management targets.
n

nExperience

n1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, telecalling, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services is preferred.

nFreshers with excellent communication and relationship-building skills may also apply.
