: Key Responsibilities
Manage and support compensation and perks processes across the employee lifecycle.
Design and manage processes for salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs.
Maintain salary structures, job tables, and compensation-related data.
Support employee stock purchase and other compensation-related programs.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation and benefits activities.
Apply country/geography-specific compensation and payroll knowledge to relevant processes.
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Work with CRM and workflow tools to manage compensation-related processes.
Investigate and resolve compensation and perks-related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide effective customer service and support.
Manage and guide team members to ensure smooth delivery of compensation processes.




Prepare and communicate compensation-related information through professional email and verbal communication.

Required Skills & Experience
11+ years of overall experience with strong role-specific experience in Compensation & Benefits processes.
Strong knowledge of compensation processes and practices.
Mandatory knowledge of country/geography-specific compensation and payroll processes.
Hands-on experience with CRM/workflow tools.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and reporting.
Strong team management and people-handling skills.
Excellent email writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cooperative thinking abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing business and process requirements.
Strong customer service skills.
