Social Media Management:

● Own and execute end-to-end content calendars across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

● Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and creative teams to produce high-impact posts, stories, and reels.

● Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights.

Video Content & Creative Strategy:

● Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts,



product demos, and campaign creatives.

● Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining high creative and engagement standards.

● Stay updated with industry trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative content ideas.

Who You Are:

● A creative and strategic content qualified with 5+ years of experience in content, social media, or influencer marketing.

● Experienced in leading and managing teams (10+ members) while driving content execution and performance.

● Skilled in storytelling with a strong visual sense and understanding of digital-first brand communication.

● Highly organized with solid communication and project management skills.

● Experienced in working with influencers, creators, and cross-functional teams.

● Deeply aware of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.

● Passionate about creating engaging content within health, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
