About the Role

Fragomen's US Capability Center in Kochi is hiring a Client Service with Visual Development capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of visual storytelling and client relationship support — turning workforce, immigration, and operational data into polished presentations and dashboards, while helping manage day-to-day client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities
Design client-ready decks, dashboards, and visual reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client queries, follow-ups, and status updates
Translate raw operational and workforce data into transparent, visually consistent presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, or BI tools)
Maintain brand-consistent templates, color palettes, and formatting standards across deliverables
Support client services teams with meeting prep materials, follow-up documentation, and status updates
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs ahead of client or leadership reviews




Manage version control and turnaround timelines for recurring visual deliverables

What We're Looking For
Strong client communication skills
2–4 years of experience in a visual design, presentation development, or client-facing support role
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js is a plus
An eye for clean, minimal, qualified design — not just decorative visuals
Comfortable working directly with client-facing stakeholders and senior leadership
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline
