About the Role We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Content Creator who can produce engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and digital reach. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and creating high-performing content, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Ticktok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and creative social media posts.
Write compelling captions, hooks, and content copies.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Stay updated with trending topics, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for campaigns.
Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on analytics.
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.





Salary Structure Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Creation or Social Media Content.
Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools).
Basic graphic designing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
Excellent storytelling and content writing skills.
Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work from the office and collaborate with the team.
