Lead the Team – Manage staff, schedules, performance and coordination.
Manage Operations – Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day clinic functioning.
Coordinate Patient Care – Streamline appointments, patient flow and doctor coordination.
Oversee Administration – Manage records, billing, reporting and daily administration.
Drive Growth – Improve service utilisation, revenue and patient conversions.
Manage Vendors – Coordinate supplies, facilities, maintenance and external vendors.
Enhance Patient Experience – Monitor feedback and continuously improve service quality.
Implement SOPs – Establish systems, processes and quality standards across the clinic.
Coordinate Marketing – Support campaigns, health camps and outreach activities.




Report to Management – Track performance and provide regular operational updates.
Scaling - Scale up the growth of every department and grow in turn.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
