About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Content Creator who will become the face of our brand across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and digital branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Appear confidently on camera for Reels, Shorts, promotional and branding videos.
Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and video concepts.
Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content.
Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Design basic social media creatives, thumbnails and promotional graphics.
Research current social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to create project and brand-focused content.
Maintain consistency in the company's brand voice, messaging and visual identity.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Natural and confident on-camera presence.




Valuable command of Marathi, Hindi and English.
Robust script-writing, storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Video shooting and editing experience.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
Basic graphic design skills.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
Ability to independently take an idea from concept → script → shoot → edit → publish.

PreferredExperience in Real Estate, Tourism, Agriculture, Lifestyle, Digital Marketing or Branding will be an advantage. Ideal Candidate
