Description:-

What does a Crew Apprentice do?
Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food
Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
Keep the restaurant Clean and look fantastic (mop + broom + dusting and other cleaning activities as per requirement)

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.

Minimum criteria:
You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Crew Apprentice at McDonald's.
You must be 12th pass.

Salary: Salary Wages paid per hour (Max hours 208 in a month) above of 208 hours OT will be paid.



Salary per hour rate varies from state to state

Hiring process: 1 round of interview with the Restaurant Manager, followed by an OJE and if found fit they are hired.

Career development path for crew: They join as Crew Apprentice, based on performance then get promoted to Crew, Crew Trainer, Floor Manager, 2nd Assistant, 1st Assistant and the Restaurant Manager. This is at the Restaurant Level
