Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

Monitor and manage leads throughout the customer lifecycle.

Create and execute customer engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.

Develop and manage email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other customer communication campaigns.

Segment customers based on demographics, behavior, purchase history, and engagement.

Track campaign performance and prepare regular CRM reports.

Analyze customer behavior and identify prospects to improve retention and sales.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve the customer experience.

Ensure CRM data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.

Set up and monitor CRM workflows, automations, and follow-ups.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Maintain dashboards and key CRM performance metrics.





Ensure customer communications follow company policies and applicable data-privacy requirements.

Required Skills

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.

Positive understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies.

Knowledge of email marketing and campaign management.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with customer data and identify actionable insights.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
