MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Must be from Insurance Broking / General Insurance / Insuretech / Healthtech
Proven track record of new business acquisition, revenue generation, and achieving sales
targets
Strong experience in acquiring and managing corporate clients across Employee Advantages (EB) and/or Non-EB lines (Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, etc.)
7+ years of experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across various industry segments.
Generate new business through direct sales, networking, referrals, strategic alliances, and market mapping.




Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous lead generation activities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with CXOs, HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement Heads, and Risk Managers.
Strong Exposure in Employee Perks and Non- Employee Benefits products.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
Qualified certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added
