Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for LT/HT electrical panels, bus ducts and cable trays.
Analyze BOQ, technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements.
Calculate material costs including sheet metal, copper, aluminium, electrical components, insulation, hardware and accessories.
Prepare BOM/MTO and coordinate with Purchase, Design, Production and Sales teams for accurate costing.
Obtain and compare vendor rates and maintain updated material price databases.
Calculate labour, fabrication, testing, overheads, transportation and other project costs.
Prepare competitive commercial quotations while maintaining required margins.
Review tender documents and identify cost-impacting technical requirements and exclusions.
Support the sales team in price negotiation and revision of quotations.
Maintain costing records and provide cost variance/actual vs. estimated analysis.
