We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join an emerging technology-driven consumer services company.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, online channels and local networking
n
- Meet customers and understand their requirements
n
- Conduct product/service demonstrations
n
- Convert qualified leads into customers
n
- Build relationships with organisations, healthcare institutions, service providers and community groups
n
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline
n
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings
n
- Coordinate customer onboarding with the internal team
n
- Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate sales records
n
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Healthcare Services / Medical Devices / Consumer Technology / Home Automation / SaaS / Telecom or similar industries
n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Comfortable with customer meetings and travelling within Bengaluru
n
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
n
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
n
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred
n
- Kannada & English communication preferred
n
