Hiring: Salesforce Technical Lead | 10+ Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with solid expertise in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and solution design.

n

Location: Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore

n

Current Work Mode: Remote (for the time being)

n

Experience: 10+ Years Relevant Experience

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead Salesforce solution design and technical architecture in collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects and technology teams.
n
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
n
- Break down user stories into technical tasks, provide estimates and support sprint planning.
n
- Configure and develop Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
n
- Work on Marketing Cloud Automations, Journeys and Data Extensions.
n
- Design and support robust REST/JSON API and middleware integrations.
n
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce secure coding and platform standards.
n
- Contribute to CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.
n
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance concerns and production incidents.
n
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, configuration and integration details.
n
- Participate in Agile ceremonies,



backlog refinement and cross-team collaboration.
n
- Support data quality, platform governance, GDPR and information security compliance.
n
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
n
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and technologies, including Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
