The Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist – Demand
Generation who can engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers across large
enterprises and generate qualified business opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should be highly confident on calls, possess excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, and have solid experience in B2B lead
generation, outbound calling, prospecting, and CXO outreach.
This is a high-activity, target-driven role focused on building a robust enterprise sales
pipeline.
Key Responsibilities




 Conduct high-quality outbound calls to CXOs, functional heads, and senior
decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
 Identify and prospect relevant accounts and decision-makers through LinkedIn,
databases, referrals, and other channels.
 Generate qualified leads and meeting opportunities for the Enterprise Sales
team.
 Clearly communicate mple AI’s value proposition and create interest among
senior stakeholders.
 Understand prospect requirements and qualify opportunities based on business
need, authority, relevance, and potential.
 Execute structured cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach
campaigns.
 Follow up consistently with prospects to convert initial conversations into
meetings and demos.

 Maintain an active pipeline and ensure accurate tracking of all prospect
interactions in the CRM.
 Work closely with the Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams on targeted account
and demand-genera
