About the role:

The organization seeks a creative director to lead a team of 70+ India-based creatives responsible for the ideation, execution, and production of high-impact, memorable work. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and team inspiration:
- Inspire and guide an India-based creative team (designers, copywriters, videographers, UI/UX specialists) to achieve and align with the priorities of US creative leadership.
- Coach and oversee professional growth for India-based team leaders and members.
- Create a collaborative, empowering environment that delivers creative excellence and attracts, develops, and retains top-tier creative talent.
- Understand the go-to-market strategies for each business and the development and adoption of best practices across businesses.
- Lead the integration and alignment of professionals across geographies, including the US and Costa Rica.
