Role: Business Transformation Consultant – Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to drive strategic HR transformation initiatives within our HRO practice. The ideal candidate will combine domain expertise in HR processes, process mining skills, and technology enablement capabilities to identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence. This role requires close collaboration with technology teams, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience

Key Responsibilities
• Process Analysis & Transformation
o Conduct end-to-end HR process studies (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Data Management, Perks, etc.).
o Perform process mining and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
o Define future-state process models aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Use Case Identification & Solution Design




o Identify high-impact use cases for automation, AI, and digital enablement across HRO processes.
o Develop business cases with ROI analysis for proposed transformation initiatives.
o Collaborate with technology teams to design Agentic AI-driven solutions for HR operations.
• Technology Enablement
o Work closely with AI/Automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
o Ensure seamless integration of AI agents and automation workflows with existing HR systems.
o Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot deployments for innovative solutions.
• Stakeholder Management & Delivery
o Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
o Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to present transformation roadmaps and progress updates.
o Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
