About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing AdTech sales team.
The SDR will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating and qualifying sales opportunities, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team. The ideal candidate should enjoy prospecting, cold calling, building relationships with decision-makers, and working in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
This role offers an opportunity to develop strong expertise in AdTech, digital advertising, SaaS, and B2B technology sales, with a clear career path toward Account Executive or Business Development roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop a database of prospective clients across target industries.




- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales outreach channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and overall fit.
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations and meetings for the Account Executive/Sales team.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Develop personalized and targeted outreach campaigns to improve prospect engagement.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
- Understand the company's AdTech products and solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
