THE SEAT
Employer: Vantrock Investment Managers LLP, the investment manager within Vantrock Ventures
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Direct reports: Zonal Heads for North, South, East and West, and the team beneath them
Location: Mumbai, with national travel. A road job at every level, including this one
Experience: 15+ years
Team structure, reporting lines, seat titles and hiring entity reflect the current plan and may change as the platform builds out. Compensation is confirmed in the offer.

Warehousing and industrial parks are the first strategy, not the platform, across the full chain: first mile, last mile, city-centre, dark-store and self-storage, and logistics-anchored mixed-use.
Behind it sits the rest of the platform, launched in sequence as each is delivered: industrial plots; suburban campuses, GCC and back-office space, where our expertise transfers directly; strata offices; and, in parallel, data centres and senior living. Each is a strategy in its own right, with its own pipeline and distributor relationships. A candidate who reads this as a warehousing platform has read the first line and stopped.
