Job Role: Backend Developer – Node.js / Python
Location: Delhi
Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days
Experience: 5+ Years
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Backend Development with strong expertise in Node.js, Python, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, API Development, and Database Management.
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of relevant Backend Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Python
- Strong experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Robust experience in REST API development and integration
- Experience with scalable and high-performance backend applications
- Strong knowledge of database design, queries, indexing, and optimization
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

REQUIREMENT FOR BACKEND DEVELOPER
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Node.js and Python.




- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for application data management.
- Design efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data models.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, and database-related issues.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement appropriate error handling, logging, validation, and security practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
- Follow Agile development practices and established coding standards.
