This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance.

Collaboration with various stakeholders and proactive problem-solving are integral to maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the software products delivered. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
Mentor and support team members to foster qualified growth and technical excellence. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
Robust experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Expertise in code quality assurance practices including code reviews and automated testing.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic development environment.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and best practices in software engineering.
Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
