Job Title: Country Manager – India

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop Hangcha's dealer network across India, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and replacement when needed.
Oversee daily operations of the India office, including warehouse management, inventory control, and spare parts supply.
Lead a local team of sales, service, and support staff; set targets, conduct performance reviews, and drive team capability building.
Develop annual sales plans and achieve revenue and market share targets in the Indian MHE market.
Monitor competitor activities (Toyota, Godrej, ACE, KION, etc.) and provide market intelligence to headquarters.
Ensure compliance with Indian regulations, including customs, taxation, labor laws, and import policies.
Coordinate with Hangcha's Thailand factory and China headquarters on product supply, pricing, and after-sales support.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the material handling equipment or construction machinery industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role in India.
Proven track record in dealer management, team leadership, and P&L; responsibility.
Strong understanding of the Indian MHE market, including key customers, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.
Fluent in English and Hindi; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
