Qualifications
Ability to deliver professional Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels.
Experience in Customer Support roles, including handling inquiries, issue resolution,



and follow-up.
Understanding of Customer Experience principles and commitment to a customer-first approach.
Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar frontline service positions.
Solid verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
Comfort with using CRM, office productivity tools.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in office in Ludhiana and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Prior experience in education, testing, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
Relevant degree, or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
