What You Will Do
Handle inbound customer calls / chats professionally for international customers
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and support
Ensure excellent customer service experience and high customer satisfaction
Maintain call quality, productivity, and performance standards
Document customer interactions and follow company processes

Who Can Apply?
Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Any Graduate - Freshers can apply!
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English is MANDATORY
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts including night shifts
Skills: Customer-focused, positive attitude,
