Customer Billing Engineer - Bengaluru, India

Every GPU-hour DAMAC AI sells, has to be metered, rated and invoiced correctly. That's your job.

We're building one of the region's largest AI compute footprints — sovereign cloud, hyperscale data centers, large NVIDIA GPU clusters serving enterprise AI training and inference across the Middle East and Asia. You'll own the billing pipeline end-to-end: usage collection, rating, invoicing, reconciliation and customer billing enquiries.

What you'll do
Own usage collection across Kubernetes, Slurm, Run:ai, DCGM and storage
Configure pricing tiers, commitments and discounts in the billing platform
Generate and issue enterprise invoices; handle disputes with evidence, not guesswork
Integrate billing with ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)



and CRM (Salesforce)
Automate the manual work and track invoice accuracy, dispute rate and DSO

What you bring
4+ years in billing operations or a hybrid engineering/finance-systems role at a cloud, SaaS or telco provider
Hands-on with Zuora, Chargebee, Metronome, Stripe Billing or similar
Python and SQL for reconciliation and reporting
Solid understanding of cloud/GPU pricing models
Bonus: GPU-hour/HPC billing exposure, tax engine experience, CMA/CPA/CA
