:We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an international customer support process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls and/or chats, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns through voice/chat support.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
Identify relevant upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
Meet assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility:
Graduate candidates can apply.
Positive English communication skills are required.
Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO/customer-service experience can apply.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational weekoffs.

Shift Details:
Rotational shifts,



with the first shift starting at 4:30 PM and the last shift starting at 2:30 AM.
Shifts can be allocated as per business requirements.
Weekoffs are rotational and may fall on any two consecutive days, such as Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday.
Weekoffs rotate on a monthly basis.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,100/month
Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹7,000/month
