Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Associate to manage customer interactions, provide timely support, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth and skilled service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, requests, and service-related concerns professionally.
Provide accurate and timely updates regarding shipments, schedules, documentation, and delivery status.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records, communication details, and service documentation.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.




Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Relevant training or certification in Customer Service or Logistics is an added advantage.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Professional, organised, and service-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
