DigiKaar Solutions is hiring a Creative Head to lead our creative vision and execution.

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic professional who can develop compelling ideas, lead creative teams, and create impactful brand communication across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall creative direction for brands and campaigns.
Develop creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, reels, videos, and other marketing assets.
Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, video editors, and other creative professionals.
Translate marketing and business objectives into robust creative campaigns.
Maintain consistency across brand identity, visual language, and communication.
Review creative work and ensure high-quality execution.
Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and account teams.
Stay updated with emerging creative trends, content formats, and digital culture.





Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, advertising, branding, digital marketing, or a related field.
Robust understanding of creative strategy, storytelling, branding, and social media.
Demonstrated ability to develop original campaign concepts.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution.
Ability to work in an in office, fast-paced environment.
