Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, and delivery status.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer records and order-related information.
Provide timely updates to customers and ensure smooth communication.
Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Positive command of Hindi and English.
Customer-friendly, organized, and responsible attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
