Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
Maintain customer data and reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues.
Follow up with customers regarding services or orders.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills (English and local language).
Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Problem-solving ability.
Customer service attitude.
Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (Any Degree)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word).
0–2 years experience in customer service is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
