Credit Eligibility Analyst

As a Credit Eligibility Analyst, your role involves preparing business funding applications from our merchants, ensuring that data has been entered correctly and that there are no gaps, so that you can qualify the application for readiness to decision – and thus pass to our Credit Decision team to be underwritten.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare or 'package' business funding applications to ensure a seamless decision-making process for the Credit Decision team.
Utilise excellent attention to detail and data entry skills to ensure all funding applications meet minimum lending requirements, enabling a smooth handover to our decisioning team.
Maintain control over a queue of unpackaged deals, ensuring to work within business SLAs.
Work on a team level with fellow eligibility analysts to ensure daily KPIs are achieved, and no merchant is left waiting for an outcome.




Solve any discrepancies between merchant application data with bureaus and databases by collaborating with the Sales and Credit Decision teams.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Have 1year experience in a similar role, such as underwriting, credit control, or KYC.
Have excellent attention to detail and be confident working with numbers and data.
Be confident in your ability to analyses data and conclude and present outcomes.
Solid use of Excel or any data analysis software.
Driven to hit, and excited to exceed, targets.
Ability to work under pressure and be motivated by daily SLAs. Team player and thrive working cross-functionally.
