We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Support Process. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls in English and Hindi and should have valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.
Record customer interactions and update relevant information.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and guidelines.





Requirements
Languages: English + Hindi mandatory.
Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidates with domestic/international voice process or customer service experience are preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.

Salary ₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
