FatakPay is an RBI-registered fintech NBFC offering digital lending products including DCL Cards and Personal Loans. Our data team works at the intersection of credit, marketing, product, and operationssolving real problems with real production data.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is curious, hands-on, and comfortable working with large datasets in a quick-paced fintech environment. You will work directly with the data team across Marketing, Business, Product, and operations verticals — not just pulling data but owning end-to-end analysis and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Querying and analyzing large-scale loan application and user journey data using SQL and Python
Building automated daily reports and trackers for marketing campaigns, disbursement funnels, and operational workflows
Conducting funnel and cohort analysis for B2B and D2C user segments across DCL Card and PL products
Identifying data quality issues,



stage sync bugs, and operational bottlenecks and escalating with evidence
Supporting credit and marketing teams with enriched datasets for campaign targeting and risk assessment

Eligibility / Qualification
Pursuing or completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Robust working knowledge of SQL — must be able to write multi-join queries independently
Proficiency in Python with Pandas for data manipulation and analysis
Familiarity with Excel for reporting and data delivery
Ability to understand business context and translate it into analytical questions
Good communication skills to share findings clearly with non-technical stakeholders

Advantageous Skills
Exposure to Machine Learning or NLP concepts
Experience with Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of fintech or lending domain
Familiarity with BigQuery or any cloud data warehouse
