Position: Customer Support Executive, HNI Process

Candidate Profile
Male candidates only
Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice Process is mandatory
Excellent/Advanced English communication skills
Native Malayalam proficiency is mandatory
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Confident, qualified, and customer-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice calls
Communicate with HNI customers professionally and confidently
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction




Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Working Details
6 Days Working
1 Rotational Week Off
Shift timings as per business/process requirements

Salary Take-home Salary: 24,000 29,000 per month ( Depend on last drawn salary and interview performance)

CTC: Up to 33,000 per month (Approx. 4 LPA)
