Responsibilities Storage Administration
Administer and support IBM Storage and NetApp Storage platforms.
Provision and manage SAN, NAS, and storage allocation requests.
Configure storage volumes, aggregates, LUNs, snapshots, and replication.
Monitor storage utilization, health, and performance.
Perform capacity planning and forecasting.
Support storage migrations and technology refresh activities.
Troubleshoot storage performance and connectivity issues.

Backup Recovery
Administer and support Veeam Backup Replication infrastructure.
Manage backup jobs, replication jobs, retention policies, and repositories.
Perform backup monitoring and resolve backup failures.
Execute restore requests and disaster recovery exercises.
Support backup environments across:
VMware vSphere
Windows Servers
Linux Servers
Physical Servers
Ensure backup compliance and successful recovery validation.

Disaster Recovery Business Continuity
Perform DR drills and recovery testing.
Support storage and backup replication between primary and DR sites.
Maintain DR documentation and recovery procedures.
Ensure backup and storage environments meet RPO/RTO requirements.

Operations Service Management
Participate in Incident, Problem, Change,



and Capacity Management processes.
Support 24x7 operational settings and critical incidents.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Provide operational reports and capacity dashboards.
Collaborate with server, virtualization, network, database, and application teams.
