Responsibilities:

Help with day-to-day operations related to sales efforts by the Customer success team.

On-board patients on the Zyla platform; helping them understand the platform, benefits, and next steps associated with the program over voice and non voice process.

Lead and own the complete responsibility for the patient on-boarding process.

Connecting with multiple stake holdersfrom different teams to ensure the on-boarding process is smooth.

Ensuring correct registration of patient data across Zyla Data Centers.
