The Customer Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and complaints across phone, email and chat. The role is responsible for timely issue resolution, accurate CRM records, internal coordination and delivering a consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Address customer queries and resolve complaints via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and service cases in the CRM system.

· Provide product and service information and guide customers on the use of company offerings.

· Handle and coordinate Shopify orders, including order-related customer support and follow-up.

· Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely closure.

· Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the appropriate internal team as per process.

· Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues to support service-quality improvements.

· Maintain service logs and follow defined communication, CRM and customer-service protocols.

· Share relevant insights,



recurring issues and best practices to improve team efficiency.

· Prepare/maintain required reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Customer support experience; e-commerce experience is preferred.

· Familiarity with CRM software and Shopify order handling.

· Knowledge of product and e-commerce operations.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

· Good typing speed and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in CRM/customer-service tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

· Robust problem-solving approach with focus on customer satisfaction.

· Patience, empathy and professionalism while handling challenging customer interactions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
