Role Description
Support customer onboarding and post-sales activities.
Coordinate site visits, possession, and related documentation.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects & Site Teams.




Maintain CRM records and daily trackers with timely updates.
Assist with snagging/de-snagging coordination and unit readiness.
Follow up on maintenance demands and customer collections.
Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.

Qualifications
6 months–1 year of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relations / Post-Sales
Freshers are also welcome to apply
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Basic understanding of post-sales processes and documentation
Ability to handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams
Valuable follow-up, coordination and record-keeping skills.
