We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to assist customers in our jewellery showroom. Freshers are welcome. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining jewellery products, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs.

Explain product details, pricing, offers, and available options.

Handle customer queries and assist them throughout the purchase process.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Support the team in achieving store sales objectives.

Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.

Assist with basic store and counter-related activities.

Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply.





0–2 years of experience in retail sales or jewellery sales is an advantage.

Interest in jewellery and retail sales.

Customer-friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Candidates from jewellery/retail backgrounds will have an added advantage.
