Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
Support customer retention and engagement activities.
Represent Susrutha Ayurveda professionally and courteously.





Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Language handling/communication skills are required.
Customer service or relationship management experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
